Thank you for taking the time to visit Biotheist.com and investigate biotheism. My name is Gary Wilson and I will be your host. Although biotheism is the focus of this website and it’s most important thread, biotheism per se is just the tip of the iceberg, the other threads of which are bioism, planarity, and analyses of Christianity, romanticism and existentialism. For me, all of these threads were necessary in coming to a full understanding of reality and approaching God through biotheism. It all started with my study of romanticism, as described in Allen Bill Pond. This led to my study of existentialism, as described in Island. These two studies led to my rejection of humanism and my development instead of bioism. Although I intended bioism to be a comprehensive philosophy, which generally speaking it is, I discovered that its silence on metaphysics revealed a certain inadequacy, similar to the inadequacy of humanism. Had I been unable to overcome this inadequacy, honesty would have forced me to leave it as it was. However, through intensive thought and good fortune I was able to thread this metaphysical needle and find the truest path to enlightenment anyone has ever found: biotheism, the ultimate understanding and embrace of God. (One other result of bioism was planarity, the correction of the primary error of the 20th century.)

Although my thought is fundamentally original and, to a great degree, unique to myself, after I had developed it fully I discovered a fellow traveller in Albert Schweitzer. His reverence for life parallels bioism in many aspects. He perceived, through a glass darkly, biotheism. He even wrote a life of Jesus (something that Theophilus now precludes me from bothering with).

In the current iteration of this website you will be able to find these various threads I have described above, and you will be able to follow each of them here at will. Sometime in the future, and I hope the near future but I cannot say yet how soon it will be, I will initiate a blog and later on a podcast. Please check back here every so often to see how this project is coming along, and I invite you to get on my mailing list if you would like me to send you updates.
